Thank you for shopping with Avenero Home. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Most orders are dispatched from our U.S. warehouse. For larger orders, or when an item is temporarily out of stock at our U.S. facility, we may ship directly from one of our manufacturing partners worldwide. This allows us to avoid backorders and keep delivery times consistent. Your tracking email will indicate the dispatch origin.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If your order is delayed beyond the standard processing window, we will contact you by email.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the email is sent.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to additional duties or import fees.

For international orders outside the U.S., the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@avenerohome.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

If a tracked package shows no movement for 7 or more business days, or is marked as lost in transit, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve it on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's cost. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
