Frequently Asked Questions
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from? Orders are dispatched from our U.S. warehouse. For larger orders, or when an item is temporarily out of stock at our U.S. facility, we may ship directly from one of our manufacturing partners worldwide to avoid delays.
Is shipping really free? Yes — standard shipping is free worldwide. There is no surprise fee at checkout.
How long until my order arrives? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch worldwide. See the full breakdown on our Shipping Policy.
Can I track my order? Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? If your order has not yet shipped, email info@avenerohome.com immediately and we'll update it. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Products
Are your products made from real stainless steel and brass? Yes. Where a listing states 304 stainless steel or solid brass, that is what the product is made from. Material composition is included in every product description.
Will this fixture fit my plumbing? Each product page lists dimensions, thread sizes, and connection types. If you're unsure, email info@avenerohome.com with your existing setup and we'll help you confirm fit before you buy.
Do your products come with a warranty? All products come with a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us for warranty claims.
Do you provide installation instructions? Yes — installation guides are included in the box. Our products are designed for installation by a licensed plumber. We do not provide on-site installation services.
Returns
What is your return policy? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
How long does a refund take? Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we inspect the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post it.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other standard methods shown at checkout.
Is your checkout secure? Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant checkout with SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.
