We want you to be fully satisfied with your Avenero Home purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In its original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective wrapping
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@avenerohome.com with your order number, the item or items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. We recommend insuring high-value items.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

The original shipping cost, where applicable, is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@avenerohome.com with your order number and photos showing the issue. We will cover return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item by following the steps above, then place a new order for the replacement once your refund is processed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be processed as a return after delivery.
